To assist you in using your My Gospel Website, we are developing a Resource DVD that will guide you from start to finish. We are working hard on this project because we know it will be a useful tool for you! If you have already purchased a website, you will receive your Resource DVD by mail on its completion. For now you can just stare at this pre-release picture of it and get very excited!
We also hope to offer a user forum soon so you can discuss any support issues you have about your site with My Gospel Website administrators and other website owners.
We know these resources will not satisfy all support needs, so we are also currently working towards a way for you to purchase technical support hours. Please be patient with us as we have just launched this whole project and are still under construction in several areas!
Updates on these upcoming services will be posted in your dashboard, or you can check back here to see the progress! We’re estimating that these resources will be ready by the end of August.
